The Select Dishes refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4347-FMZ-5469 placed with The Select Dishes on October 29, 1995. I paid $621.18 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kelvin D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
