I want to report a serious concern with Homemade & Dishes Holdings's appliance that I purchased on August 29, 1989 from your Port Ottilieborough, Alaska store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mireya G., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 20, 2025 05:29I want to acknowledge that Homemade & Dishes Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $456.80 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $456.80 for a sweater that never worked properly.
