I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Quality Ventures Corp.. After paying $628.09 for service plan, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Quinn F., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Quality Ventures Corp. to take responsibility and implement better quality control.
