Refund refused by Quality Associates

On August 24, 1998, I signed up for Quality Associates's warranty service at their East Eliseoview, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $726.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nannie T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
