I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Habitat Nonthaburi for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-1734-ZRT-9192) on August 31, 1989, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 06, 2025 05:56I want to acknowledge that Luxury Habitat Nonthaburi has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $115.67 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $115.67 for a vacuum cleaner that never worked properly.
