Unsatisfactory resolution from Quality Ventures Corp.

On December 21, 2024, I signed up for Quality Ventures Corp.'s premium support at their East Elveramouth, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $452.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mafalda H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Quality Ventures Corp. to make this right by issue a formal apology.
