I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from Quality Ventures Corp.. After paying $248.64 for system, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Brionna M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Quality Ventures Corp. to take responsibility and implement better quality control.
