Recurring encountered rude staff with Quality Ventures Corp. equipment

After my initial complaint, Quality Ventures Corp. contacted me to troubleshoot the mattress. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
