Account problems with Counsel Team of Advocate

On February 8, 2025, I signed up for Counsel Team of Advocate's subscription service at their Turnerborough, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $242.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nyasia H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Counsel Team of Advocate to provide the promised service.
