Poor customer service experience with Advisory & Counsel

Complaint Details

On January 25, 2025, I signed up for Advisory & Counsel's installation service at their Starkmouth, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $931.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Earl F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Advisory & Counsel will address this issue by honor the warranty.

I appreciate Advisory & Counsel reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement meal kit has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
