I want to report a serious concern with Select Residence Johor Bahru's warranty package that I purchased on April 5, 2025 from your New Salma, Arkansas store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Monte B., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope Select Residence Johor Bahru will address this issue by provide a full refund.
