I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Diagnostic Institute's pharmacy. On March 25, 2025, I received fitness equipment with instructions that received a damaged replacement item. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Lee G. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I expect Diagnostic Institute to take responsibility and make their terms and conditions clearer.
