I received treatment at Diagnostic Institute's Cruickshankhaven, Alaska facility on March 23, 2025. I was billed $956.86 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Kiera H. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I expect Diagnostic Institute to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.

I'm updating my complaint because Diagnostic Institute finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smartphone, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
