I am writing regarding order #ORD-8081-SJV-5697 placed with Land & Partners Hamburg LLC on January 17, 2025. I paid $586.35 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered data privacy issues. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elias D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Land & Partners Hamburg LLC to take responsibility and honor the warranty.
