I purchased a service plan from Premium Advisors Brasilia on April 3, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Asa R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Premium Advisors Brasilia to fix the security vulnerability.
