Return policy dispute with Depot Now
Complaint Details
I ordered gift card from Depot Now's website on May 11, 2025 (order #ORD-4277-IWI-1878). When the package arrived, was damaged upon delivery. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Mikel W. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I would like Depot Now to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
