Recurring doesn't work as advertised with Education Scholars warranty package

I have been a loyal customer of Education Scholars for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3826-MZF-2373) on December 13, 2024, and have encountered found foreign objects in the product. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Education Scholars to make their terms and conditions clearer.
