Education Scholars refused to address received a damaged replacement item

I want to report a serious concern with Education Scholars's accessory that I purchased on February 27, 2025 from your Brodybury, North Carolina store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ottis R., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Education Scholars to honor the warranty.

May 19, 2025 05:58I want to acknowledge that Education Scholars has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $224.75 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $224.75 for a jacket that never worked properly.
