Billing dispute with Education Scholars

I want to report a serious concern with Education Scholars's device that I purchased on April 10, 2025 from your Port Russellberg, Illinois store. The product has received the wrong item despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Giovani D., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope Education Scholars will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.
