Unresolved issue with Rights, Rights & Consultants product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4466-FMS-9444 placed with Rights, Rights & Consultants on May 12, 2025. I paid $997.36 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received a damaged replacement item. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shakira H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Rights, Rights & Consultants to honor the warranty.

May 24, 2025 05:16I'm updating my complaint because Rights, Rights & Consultants finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty food item, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
