I purchased a service plan from Rights, Rights & Consultants on May 4, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was transferred multiple times without resolution. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nelda L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Rights, Rights & Consultants to take responsibility and expedite the delivery of my order.
