Billing dispute with Attorney & Chambers

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The grocery order from Attorney & Chambers not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.

After a thorough investigation of your complaint, our technical team has confirmed that there was indeed a manufacturing defect in the batch produced on April 30, 2025. Deliver a replacement from our newest production line 3. Extend your warranty by an additional 12 months 4.
