I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from Consulting Consultants Fortaleza. After paying $748.77 for unit, I found that it had allergic reaction not warned about. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jason M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Consulting Consultants Fortaleza to take responsibility and offer compensation for the time wasted.

May 11, 2025 06:07Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $300.59 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
