Return policy dispute with Trend & Zone

I've received an email from Robert Allen at Trend & Zone offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.

Processed a refund of $225.83 to your original payment method 2. Added a $225.83 service credit to your account for future use 3.
