On January 18, 2025, I purchased home decor from Emporium & Group's Trompburgh, New York store for $217.75. The item was advertised as personal shopping, but when I got home, I discovered was charged incorrectly. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I expect Emporium & Group to take responsibility and resolve the technical issues.

I want to acknowledge that Emporium & Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $369.58 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $369.58 for a formal shoes that never worked properly.
