I placed an order with Emporium & Group on May 7, 2025 for several items including jewelry (order #ORD-4480-AYT-4692). The order was charged to my account ($619.57), but doesn't work as advertised. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Marlene R., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am asking Emporium & Group to make this right by correct my personal information.

After my initial complaint, Emporium & Group contacted me to troubleshoot the winter coat. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
