I received treatment at Vitality Associates Launceston LLC's East Aubree, Kansas facility on March 30, 2025. I was billed $639.53 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Abby R. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I am requesting that Vitality Associates Launceston LLC ensure this doesn't happen to other customers as soon as possible.

May 17, 2025 05:33I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The laptop from Vitality Associates Launceston LLC not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
