I received treatment at Vitality Associates Launceston LLC's Claymouth, Wisconsin facility on May 5, 2025. I was billed $903.71 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Amanda H. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I would like Vitality Associates Launceston LLC to fix the security vulnerability.
