I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Vitality Associates Launceston LLC's pharmacy. On November 26, 2024, I received supplement with instructions that discovered hidden fees. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Sven W. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I would like Vitality Associates Launceston LLC to stop their deceptive business practices.
