Damaged merchandise from Market Express
Complaint Details
I placed an order with Market Express on May 1, 2025 for several items including luggage (order #ORD-1719-YDK-7089). The order was charged to my account ($597.14), but doesn't work as advertised. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Viva C., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I hope Market Express will address this issue by fix the security vulnerability.
