Complaint Details

I placed an order with Market Express on March 1, 2025 for several items including book (order #ORD-2911-KGO-9002). The order was charged to my account ($849.28), but was overcharged for basic service. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Jennings F., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I expect Market Express to take responsibility and fix the billing error.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Market Express has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their extended warranty.
