I had an appointment at Prime Medical Practice Corp. on February 6, 2025 for follow-up appointment. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and was promised features that don't exist. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Myrtice H., but have received no satisfactory response. I am asking Prime Medical Practice Corp. to make this right by upgrade my service at no additional cost.
