Rude treatment by Prime Medical Practice Corp. staff
Complaint Details
I received treatment at Prime Medical Practice Corp.'s Edmundbury, Hawaii facility on March 19, 2025. I was billed $808.49 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Monserrat K. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I would like Prime Medical Practice Corp. to fix their misleading advertising.
