I am writing regarding order #ORD-3566-NBO-7525 placed with Summit Education Holdings on February 26, 2025. I paid $95.14 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Golda R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Summit Education Holdings to waive the cancellation fees.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Summit Education Holdings. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the winter coat I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
