I have been a loyal customer of Summit Education Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-6282-FPY-6215) on December 31, 2024, and have encountered received conflicting information from representatives. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Summit Education Holdings update their return policy as soon as possible.

After my initial complaint, Summit Education Holdings contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
