I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from ScholarMinds León Corp.. After paying $562.8 for product, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Tyshawn G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like ScholarMinds León Corp. to expedite the delivery of my order.

I've received an email from William Robinson at ScholarMinds León Corp. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The winter coat was clearly defective from the start.
