I'm writing to complain about the support line I received from ScholarMinds León Corp.. After paying $520.61 for accessory, I found that it received a damaged replacement item. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Sheldon R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that ScholarMinds León Corp. stop their deceptive business practices as soon as possible.
