On January 3, 2025, I purchased shoes from Trade Hub's Dareborough, Kentucky store for $118.83. The item was advertised as gift wrapping, but when I got home, I discovered was overcharged for basic service. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am requesting that Trade Hub implement better quality control as soon as possible.

It's now been 11 days since my initial complaint, and Trade Hub still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
