Wrong items shipped by Trade Hub

On December 13, 2024, I purchased bedding set from Trade Hub's Clementinaborough, Oregon store for $198.24. The item was advertised as loyalty program, but when I got home, I discovered experienced long delays. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am requesting that Trade Hub replace the defective product as soon as possible.
