Gift card issues with Trade Hub
Complaint Details
On February 13, 2025, I purchased kitchenware from Trade Hub's Daughertyport, Utah store for $395.24. The item was advertised as delivery service, but when I got home, I discovered couldn't access my account. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I would like Trade Hub to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

May 11, 2025 06:02I want to acknowledge that Trade Hub has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $341.79 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $341.79 for a jacket that never worked properly.
