I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from United Health's pharmacy. On February 12, 2025, I received supplement with instructions that received incorrect information. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Elijah S. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I would like United Health to remove the unauthorized charges.
