Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Modern Engineering & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-6920-DEK-6720) on January 15, 2025, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Modern Engineering & Sons to take responsibility and fix the billing error.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Modern Engineering & Sons called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
