I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Realty Development. After paying $728.3 for equipment, I found that it had my personal information compromised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Demario S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Realty Development to make this right by train their staff to be more professional.

I'm updating my complaint because Realty Development finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the microwave, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
