Frustrated with Realty Development's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Realty Development for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-6346-ZTC-3771) on February 7, 2025, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Realty Development to take responsibility and extend my warranty period.
