I am writing regarding order #ORD-5759-CCL-8781 placed with Realty Development on February 11, 2025. I paid $312.26 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had my personal information compromised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jarvis V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Realty Development to correct my personal information.

Apr 30, 2025 05:36Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $216.12 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
