On January 15, 2025, I signed up for Expert Properties Contractors Bristol's membership program at their Lake Patrickville, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $941.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maudie F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect Expert Properties Contractors Bristol to take responsibility and fix the billing error.

After speaking with Thomas Davis from the Executive Customer Care at Expert Properties Contractors Bristol, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
