I purchased a accessory from Academic Achievement Institute on April 30, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my personal information compromised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rebeka K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Academic Achievement Institute to make this right by train their staff to be more professional.

After my initial complaint, Academic Achievement Institute contacted me to troubleshoot the athletic shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
