I purchased a system from Academic Achievement Institute on May 10, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received a damaged replacement item. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brennan S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Academic Achievement Institute to take responsibility and correct my personal information.
