I want to report a serious concern with Academic Achievement Institute's product that I purchased on April 6, 2025 from your Stiedemannhaven, Arizona store. The product has experienced website errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Edward F., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Academic Achievement Institute to make this right by replace the defective product.
