Unresolved issue with Knowledge Training membership
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Knowledge Training's package that I purchased on March 30, 2025 from your New Araburgh, Indiana store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ronaldo G., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Knowledge Training to make this right by train their staff to be more professional.
