Inadequate follow-up care from Essential Hospital International
Complaint Details
I had an appointment at Essential Hospital International on March 11, 2025 for specialist referral. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and had allergic reaction not warned about. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Retha K., but have received no satisfactory response. I hope Essential Hospital International will address this issue by expedite the delivery of my order.
